Any balance on the current account must be paid in full prior to transfer to new location.
Transfer fee of $25 shall be paid at time of transfer.

If you are unable to come to the office in person, please email the required documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once all documentation is received, a Customer Service Rep will call to collect the deposit/fees over the phone.
