First Time Homebuyer's Program

Low- and moderate-income families who are eligible for first-time home buyers assistance can receive up to $7,500, to assist with half of the down payment and eligible closing costs, towards the purchase of a new home.

Only Texas City residents are eligible for assistance and must have been a Texas City resident for the past 12 months. Proof of residency is required.
